Welcome to Close to Him Ministry's Daily Spiritual Food. Today's spiritual food is taken from;

John 3:21 (NKJV) "But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God."
This verse contrasts John 3:20, as we learned yesterday. It shows that unlike those who stay away from light because of their evil deeds, those who live according to the truth naturally gravitate toward the light. Their deeds, done in God, are open for all to see, bringing glory to Him.
This verse encourages us to live righteously, not for our own glory, but to show that God is at work within. As Christians, John 3:21 emphasizes the essentiality of a life of integrity, where our actions align with the teachings of Christ. It is a call to authenticity in our faith, where we are not merely professing believers but active doers of the word, reflecting God's light in this dark world.
Today, we entreat you to do a self-introspection and examine whether your actions are consistent with God's word. Strive to live transparently and in alignment with God's will, showing the evidence of your faith through your deeds.
Thank you for feeding your soul with Today's spiritual food. God richly bless you, and see you tomorrow for another edifying food!
